There is no substitute for seeing the meadows at first hand but hopefully this tour will give you some idea of what occurs and what you might see at the meadows.
There is usually always something interesting to see at any time of year but in my opinion the best times to visit are in April and May when the Orchids and Fritillaries are in flower or in September when the Colchicum flowers appear.
